The Memory Support Management Team

The well-respected Seniority, Inc. will provide operations management of the community. Seniority’s community management services are delivered by a team of professionals with decades of national experience in high quality senior living and memory support care.

The Developer

Cypress Springs is the culmination of over three decades of development experience led by J. Philip Brosseau, president. Mr. Brosseau has focused his development in the hospitality arena, resulting in two award-winning Kimpton-managed hotels.

Randy Box, principal for Cypress Springs, has an extensive background in commercial real estate acquisition and development, successfully owning and operating a variety of properties including office space, retail stores, multi-family dwellings and hotels.

Rob Garrett, principal, is experienced in site selection, property management and construction, and has managed the entire Cypress Springs project from beginning to end.
