J. Philip Brosseau, Principal

Over the last 34 years, Mr. Brosseau has been involved in various disciplines of the real estate industry over multiple states. Most recently, Mr. Brosseau has focused his development in the hospitality arena, resulting in two award-winning Kimpton-managed hotels.

As an owner of his own business since 1981, and the development partner/owner of Knox Park Village (Dallas) and two exclusive Palomar hotels, Mr. Brosseau brings exceptional experience to a project ownership group.

Randy Box, Principal

Spanning a 26-year career in commercial real estate, Randy has amassed an extensive background in investment property sales, acquisition and development. He began his career as an investment property broker in 1983, selling over $300 million in commercial properties, and then successfully leveraged his experience by acquiring and developing a variety of properties over the past 16 years, including office space, retail stores, multi-family dwellings and hotels. Most notably, Randy developed the award-winning renovation of the Fredericksburg Inn & Suites located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.

Rob Garrett, Principal

Rob Garrett has been a real estate professional since 2005. His experience includes brokerage, construction and property management. Mr. Garrett brings a broad range of experience to Cypress Springs. His experience in site selection, property management and construction has been critical in managing the entire Cypress Springs project from beginning to end.
