There are two types of fees involved in caring for your loved one:

1) monthly care level fees which include assistance with activities of daily living and additional programming support as determined by personalized assessment and

2) a community fee which is a one-time fee paid prior to move-in. This fee covers the cost of preparing your suite prior to move-in and maintaining the community areas, including dining rooms, activity rooms and other common areas.
