Leslie Dick, Administrator for Tulsa

Leslie is a lifelong Tulsan and graduate of the University of Tulsa’s College of Business Administration. She has spent the last twenty five years in customer service leadership positions. After long term careers with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma and TV Guide Networks, she spent time helping care for her grandfather who was stricken with cancer. It was this event that altered her career path from that day forward.

Her passion for serving seniors was realized and since 2004 she has held Executive Director/Administrator positions in both Independent and Assisted Living communities. Leslie holds an Oklahoma Assisted Living Administrators License and has extensive training in the field of Alzheimer’s and dementia, including training with renowned expert Naomi Feil. She volunteers her time to Tulsa’s Life Senior Services.

Lisa Truett, Director of Sales and Marketing for Tulsa

Lisa Truett is Director of Sales and Marketing of Cypress Springs Alzheimer’s and Memory Support Residence in Tulsa, located at 71st St. and Yale Ave.

Truett is responsible for directing the marketing program and consulting with prospective residents and families. A graduate of The University of Oklahoma, she has experience developing and launching new recruitment campaigns, creating retention strategies and managing staff.

In order to stay abreast of advances in her industry and in Alzheimer’s, she takes continuing education courses, including Caregiver Essentials taught by the Alzheimer’s Association and Step-by-Step Alzheimer’s training.

Additionally, Truett is a member of Tulsa’s Alzheimer’s Association program committee, the National Association of Professional Women and secretary for the Tulsa Interagency Council.
