Thomas Broderick, Administrator for Wichita

Thomas M. Broderick is the Administrator of the new Cypress Springs Alzheimer's and Memory Support Residence in Wichita located in the Wilson Estates Medical Office Park.

A graduate of Kansas Newman University, he earned his Nursing Home Administrator's License in 1997. He is a seasoned management professional, working as an Administrator in skilled nursing centers and as an Executive Director in Memory Care. Tom is a member of KACE (Kansas Adult Care Executives) and has been actively involved with the Wichita Alzheimers Association since 2003.

Tom and his wife Vicki have been married for 36 years and are life long residents of Wichita. They have four children along with seven grandchildren. His favorite sport is baseball; during the spring and summer he enjoys watching the Shockers, Wingnuts and the NBC (National Baseball Congress) tournament.

The opening of Cypress Springs is allowing Tom to once again care for people with Alzheimer's or other memory related illnesses, and just as importantly to help their family by providing education, counseling, and as many moments of happiness as our creativity allows.

Kylie Agnew, Director of Sales and Marketing for Wichita

Kylie Agnew is Director of Sales and Marketing with Cypress Springs Alzheimer’s and Memory Support Residence in Wichita. This community is committed to caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia-related disorders.

Agnew is an experienced Social Worker/Admission Coordinator, having organized and facilitated the first Alzheimer’s support group in a skilled nursing facility in the city of Sedgwick. She has seen active service in the US Army and is currently a Health Administrations Officer in the US Army Reserves.

An honors graduate of Wichita State University, Agnew went on to complete her Master's degree in gerontology at the same school, her graduate studies focusing on the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease. In her down time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening and volunteering with numerous organizations in the Wichita, Kansas area.
