Hard Hat Tour Showcases $8 Million Cypress Springs Project

 

WHO:City Councilor Bill Christiansen will join Cypress Springs Memory Support Residence developers as well as representatives from Seniority, Inc., the company responsible for managing

Cypress Springs, and Renaissance Construction, the construction company overseeing the project, on a hard hat tour of the construction site. Cypress Springs, currently under construction in South Tulsa, will offer a new perspective in Alzheimer’s and memory support.

 

WHAT: Cypress Springs is holding a hard hat tour to give Councilor Bill Christiansen and local media a sneak peek of the community, which will be a new option for older adults needing specialized attention for dementia-related conditions. Cypress Springs is an approximately $8 million investment in the Tulsa area by Cypress Springs ALZ, LLC. In addition to offering the very best in memory support, accommodations and services, Cypress Springs will also bring around 60 new jobs to the area.

DETAILS: Cypress Springs is a residential community for Alzheimer’s and memory support that is scheduled to open in fall 2009. Cypress Springs, which can accommodate as many as 66 residents, will create an environment of calm comfort through music, art, interior design, sensory landscaping and a range of innovative activities, while helping every resident engage in the delights of each day.
